Just had another great experience with the Ocean Mazda Roswell Service Department, 30k Miles Service for my 2023 Mazda CX30. My Service Advisor, Jerrod, was great to work with and the Service Technicians did all the checks and work in less than an hour, great going team!
I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter who lives out of state in December. I specifically stated that all the paperwork needed to be written to enable her to get a tag issued in her state (not mine). I was repeatedly told by the finance manager (T.E.) "no problem, no problem at all." Fast forward several weeks and I was notified by the titling company that there was a problem issuing the title.

Purchased my first Mazda at Ocean's Mazda of Roswell. The team was extremely professional and courteous. I did a test drive one weekend and purchased my vehicle a little over a week later. No pressure from them or over communication. The Finance Manager was also very friendly and accomodating. I will definitely be coming back for service of my vehicle as well as future purchases. My first experience with the Service Dept at Ocean Mazda was great, due to my Service Advisor Marcelino Rosario. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, good to chit-chat with and has a great attention to detail. I did not have the opportunity to meet and talk about my car with any of the Service Technicians, but if they are half as good as Marcelino, then I am in good hands indeed.

I have decided to publish this review because of the lack of knowledge and respect that Ocean Mazda of Roswell has shown time and time again.
I emailed owner Aaron Gillison on January 1 and still haven’t heard back. It is January 9. I messaged the Mazda USA contact center and I received a quick response, but when I asked them to contact the Roswell dealership, they went dark. I have not heard back from Mazda USA since January 5.
Mind you, the Ocean Roswell Mazda Parts Department is open everyday except for Sunday.

My experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 CX-5 from Ocean Mazda turned out to be very positive overall. Communication with Nick is okay. I think he honestly tries but his hands are tied to the techs. Timeline for repair is DISGUSTINGLY long. You think you’ll get your car diagnosed correctly in a timely fashion? Go somewhere else. Purchased a CPO Mazda CX 90 from this location for out of state. Expressed concerns on the condition of the tires. Spoke to a manger at the time and wasn’t provided any assistance. Buying a Mazda car from a Mazda dealer should be an easy and professional process. However, Ocean Mazda Roswell are ABSOLUTELY USELESS, UNBELIEVABLE !! Purchased a car in April after new owners took over the franchise and they could not have messed up the car registration more if they tried. I finally went to the DMV myself two days before the temporary tag expired (as dealer would not return calls) and turned out the dealer had canceled the registration process due to a mistake on their part. After leaving four messages for someone to call to schedule an appointment, I finally got that appointment through Mazda USA. The telephone system and customer service are nightmares.
Ladaezjsh was condescending and rude. She continually interrupted me and seemed to think it was funny that the dealership either entirely lost my credit app- along with all my confidential info, or had their site spoofed. She didn’t believe I had applied since the app was not there, even though I did, and I provided proof of the app, the credit check notification, and the acceptance. DO NOT apply for credit on their website, your personal info may not be secure.
We would like to thank Andrii and Ocean Mazda for making trading cars such an enjoyable experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly and we got a deal we were very pleased with. Next time we trade cars, Ocean Mazda will be the first place we go! When you go in, ask for Andrii, you won’t be disappointed. Bahar was great to work with, listened well and would highly recommend again. Was a bit odd that we never met her when we came to buy the car but met with other helpful people.
Very rude, arrogant and brash. He belittled the young salesman he was training in front of me and would aloofly talk to me through him instead of directly to me. In the end I wasn't even able to get a proper quote on the vehicles I was interested in. All I got to see was a picture on a cellphone of some numbers with fabricated fees this guys word that he would take some of them off. When I asked for something in writing he said that his word was more valuable than a piece of paper. SMH

My last service experience was not great. I scheduled a break service with lots of time in advance and on the same day I was heading to the dealership in the morning I received a call that they did not have the break pads and that they normally don't carry those spare parts so they had to order them. I ended up doing this somewhere else as Mazda is expensive so I expect better service.

She answered all my questions and I feel like she absolutely went the extra mile to get me the best deal possible. I also had interaction with Ricky. Bahar made the process very easy - we did most of the important negotiations over email. Brandon was helpful about dispositioning my prior Mazda lease. I appreciated that the finance dept. did not try to upsell me on anything during the paperwork signing. Time spent in dealer was a little longer than I would've liked but overall net positive experience.

My previous service was a disaster. They could not find the problem with my vehicle and they did not close the air filter. My car sounded like a tractor. The dealership was attempting to sell cars that had all been damaged in a hailstorm at a $1000 discount. It is my understanding that any vehicle damaged in an hail storm is considered totaled by an insurance company.
